The Burroughs Home is a 3-story Georgian Revival-style home built in 1901 for a wealthy businessman. This beautiful riverside home overlooks the Caloosahatchee River in Historic Downtown Fort Myers.
Situated on the corner of First and Fowler, it is furnished with original family pieces and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With over two acres of oak-shaded lawn, it is an ideal setting for weddings and special business events.
The Burroughs Home, it was listed with the US National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and listed as a local historic landmark on June 6, 1994 (Ordinance No. 2732).
